3.1 Wnd Main
3.2 Wnd Main / section “Aircraft”
The section “Aircraft” shows important aircraft data of the reserved and now chosen flight bid but also of the currently chosen aircraft inside your FSim. The most data are self-explaining. Of special interest are:
▪ “Th:” stands for “thrust” and indicates the current thrust in percent of your aircraft, flying with the connected FSim.
▪ A title showing e.g. “ACV B-727-200F N327LH” means the precise type of aircraft (“ACV B-727-200F”) including its registration number (“N327LH”) of the currently chosen flight bid. You can only start a flight when the correct aircraft type (including the correct registration number) is loaded inside your FSim.
3.3 Wnd Main / section “Flight”
The section “Flight” shows the relevant data of the loaded flight bid. This section contains only meaningful data after loading a reserved bid from your webVA into ACVacars. Most data are self-explaining. Of special interest are:
▪ “Route-FL:” indicates the demanded cruising altitude. Try to achieve and to hold this flight level for the most time you are at cruising altitude. Not reaching the pre-given “Route-FL:” can result in a penalty, if activated by your VA. Furthermore, to fly lower or higher than “Route-FL:” could result in a not matching fuelload if the aircraft has been loaded only in accordance with the value of “Fuelload (estimated):”. ▪ “Fuelload (estimated):” stands for the predicted needed fuelload to fulfil this flight. To refuel your aircraft with a lower amount of fuel could result in a too short range. To refuel with a higher amount of fuel could lead to an unwanted waste of payload.
▪ “Economy” indicates the current economical situation of the worldwide flight business. E.g. “Excellent” shows that the predicted profit rates should be achievable. The worse the current economy is, the more fuel efficient you have to fly to accomplish the flight within profit range.
