ACVacars loads its own pre-VA-settings while starting up. These pre-VA-settings are a hardcoded part of ACVacars and contain default values (e.g. penalty settings; savegame settings). If connected to the internet and logged-in on the VA website, these pre-VA-settings are temporarily overwritten by the online available VA-settings during start-up of ACVacars. The online available VA-settings are the individual  chosen settings of each virtual airline using ACVacars. Some VA may penalize pilots for behaviour that is not penalized by another VA (e.g. more than 60% thrust while parking brakes on; landing lights not set to OFF after passing FL 100).

Pre-VA-Settings of ACVacars and VA-Settings
